    Description:
    1. Make and achieve the annual marketing plans and goals;
    2. Promote implementation of regional sales target according to marketing plans;
    3. Organize and supervise the implementation of marketing and promotion;
    4. Search and analyze regional marketing information, develop and maintain client's relations;
    5. Responsible for regional business and performance assessment of marketing teams;
